Bharat Connect is issued by your unit. For access, PIN reset, or a lost device, contact your verifying officer — they use the command console (reactivation codes, remote lock/wipe).
Reviewers enroll with the credentials listed in Play Console → App access (service number, name, identity last-4). Then set any 6-digit PIN. Biometrics can be skipped.
