Delete your account

You can delete your Bharat Connect account and personal data at any time (Google Play account-deletion policy).

In the app

1. Unlock BC with PIN or biometric.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your enrollment, devices, and personal records from the unit server, and erases local cryptographic keys on the device. It cannot be undone. Shared chat history for other users is not rewritten; your membership is removed.

If you cannot open the app

Ask your verifying officer to delete your entry from the command console Directory. There is no public self-service email reset (accounts are roster-gated).
